My name is Myra Siobal,34years old and married :)

I have a simple, supportive and loving family. My parents were farmers, once in a while they still do it, it's been there hobby, not just because they earn money from it but they just love the job. As their daughter, I know their difficulties in life for raising their eight children, being farmer life wasn't easy for them, they provide our needs and take care of us. However ,they managed to raised up in their special way, that made me proud of them. My parents has been so loving, and supportive to me in everyway. My happiness is to give them comfortable life, less worry, because they have been in hard times since then. I want them fell the comfort of life.

What I do for fun I go out with my closes friends, shopping, eating, and share things in life, that s what i do for fun.

My employer hired me, is because I have great experience with regards to Child minding, and I'm flexible person that they can depend on anytime. I've taken care of children from 0 to 6years old. As a domestic helper my duties are, the basic house hold chores like tidy up the house go, to the market, cooking for four people, laundry and ironing clothes. With my present employer I've taken care of their only son since his 3months old and his now 3years old. I'm responsible to prepare his things for school, I help him to do his homework, I play with him which he enjoy playing with me. I bath him, i prepare his food. We do lots of things together . I enjoyed most of my job, specially spending time with outdoors, we can get fresh air, can play many games compare with the things we do at home. We also go to the library, read and borrow some bed time storybooks.

The things I do that make my employer's life easier for them from day today basis, I have initiative to do things without being told, my employer are very busy couple, they usally come home late, so I put their son to bed, tell bed time story for him, I make sure the school homework of their son is done. I make sure his vitamins are taken. If something is wrong I always inform them, or even the unusual behavior of the boy I let them know. In the event that my employer needs me during my off day, I'm more than willing to help them. I'm their other hand and feet.

The important things for me in choosing new job, first, I must be comfortable with the family I have to work with, and fair salary. My expectation about my application going to Canada is a good job and suitable family for me. One of the reason why I want to go to Canada, practically I want to earn more for myself & give my family a better life, I also want to learned about the life style of people there to widen my knowledge, be a better person, I believe Canada is the right place for good opportunity in the future.

I'm uncomfortable to work with the people who are bad temper or easy to get angry, no respect, discriminate other people, or look down at them. I've never been arrested or get in trouble , I'm easy going person but I very particular in having company or friends that I go out with. I never drink alcohol ever since I was young.

In my experienced, I handle the tantrum well, like for example , I have to be calm dealing with the child, hold him while talking then ask him why he is behaving that way, I encourage him to talked, or sometime I divert it into other things like play his favorite games and sometimes with this strategy it works. If he won't listen, I leave him first alone, just watch him.
